Top 10 Tips For Your Photoshoot.

Eat healthy meals the day before and of your photoshoot for better energy and healthy looking skin.
Get a good night sleep. This will help you look your best and have energy.
Plan ahead so that you're on time. Hair, makeup, studios, stylists, and photographers cost $ and usually by the hour. Being on time ensures everything goes as planned and stays on budget.
Don’t make any major appearance changes prior to the shoot. Hair and make up, lighting, and poses are planned based on the models appearance. If it changes before your photoshoot, that’s going to create problems.
Know the weather and plan accordingly. Sometimes a photoshoot for summer apparel may need to take place during colder months for various reasons. If your modeling shorts and a light shirt and it’s 30 out, you might get cold….bring a blanket to keep warm when you're not actually modeling.
Practice your poses ahead of time. You can pose in front of a mirror and look at yourself. I recommend putting your phone in video mode and practice working your way through your poses. the watch the video and make sure everything flows well and look at the light and how it falls on you. Make adjustments and keep practicing. Eventually you’ll know what poses you like most and refine them.
Communicate any questions you have to the photographer or creative director for the photoshoot ahead of time, not at the last minute.
Make sure you have everything you need for the photoshoot together and ready to go. Your chances of forgetting something go up if you wait till 10 minutes before you have to leave.
